Nursery New Starters 2022/2023

Nursery New Starters 2022

We would like to welcome all our new children and their families who will be joining us at Milton Hall Nursery this year. We are really excited to meet you and look forward to welcoming you into our nursery in September. You should have now received a letter about our Stay & Play session on Thursday 21st July and your 1:1 induction meeting in September. (If not please let us know!)

Please keep an eye on this page as it will be updated regularly. We will be posting stories read by our nursery teachers as well as fun activities and challenges to support you in preparing your children to start nursery.

We have added a link below to our nursery booklet which includes a breakdown of the EYFS curriculum and key information for you to share with your child.

Thank you for choosing Milton Hall Nursery - we look forward to meeting you all very soon!

Please send your photos to nursery@miltonhall.southend.sch.uk We can't wait to see them!

Challenge 3

We are really looking forward to meeting you all at our Stay & Play sessions on Thursday 21st July. It's not long now until you start nursery - so this week's challenge is all about getting ready. Here is a challenge list for you to see how many things you can do by yourself! Colour in the smiley face for each activity you can do independently. You might not be able to do them all yet - but there is lots of time to practice over the summer. Parents - if you need any support with anything please chat to a member of staff when you come to visit on the 21st.
