Week 7 1.6.2020

Hi everyone,

We hope that you are all happy, fit and well and enjoying the beautiful sunshine that we've been having over the last few days. Mrs Parker and I love seeing the sunshine, it's wonderful to be able to go out for some exercise on these days, it's funny how you can keep discovering new interesting things to look at!

This week 'Spike' fancied coming along on a walk to the beach as he had so enjoyed the story of 'Tip Tap Crab'. We had a lovely time in Old Leigh looking for some sea creatures from the story. We didn't find many, just a few shells and some sea weed, but Spike loved making sand castles and looking at the boats. When we came home he made his own rock pool using the things he found. We wonder if you will go to the beach with your family? Maybe you could look for things in the story, if you're lucky you may even find a crab!

Mrs Parker has a new pool and she's been enjoying splashing and paddling around in there with her children, a great way to cool down in the heat! Also, talking of our sound of the week - 'Cc' - Mrs Parker's cat 'Diesel' was poorly this week and so she had to visit the vets. Mrs Parker and her family were worried about their cat feeling poorly but great news, we are glad to say that with some medicine and lots of cuddles she's now feeling lots better.😊

We have been really enjoying reading your emails and looking at your photos about what you've been doing at home with your families. Thank you for sending them in, they brighten up our days.

Take care all of you, we hope we may see you again soon,

Mrs Lister and Mrs Parker.
