Week 9 15.6.2020

Hi everyone,

How are you?

We hope you are all safe and well and keeping smiling…

Mrs Parker and I have been thinking about our sound of the week - ‘Ff’.  We found lots of fabulous stories that we will be enjoying this week about frogs, fish, fairies and foxes!

We really laughed at the pictures and rhymes in the book ‘Oi Frog’ and wondered what your favourite stories are? Do you prefer stories about animals maybe, or stories that transport you to the magical world of ‘make-believe?’

Mrs Parker had a lovely time with her daughters creating a ‘Fancy Fairy Land’. Perhaps you would like to create your own fairy land, maybe inside your home using shiny things and materials or possibly outside if the weather is fine. You could collect some little sticks, stones, leaves, grass, feathers whilst on your walks to create your own magical place where the fairies can visit.

It was so wonderful to receive some of our nursery children back to nursery last week. The children came into our nursery ‘bubbles’ so beautifully, full of happiness and smiles. They were fantastic at following all of the new routines, thank you for preparing them so well. The children were a credit to you, resilient, sensible and appeared to understand the need to wash hands regularly and to keep safe. We are so proud of them. Well done!

Take care,

Mrs Lister and Mrs Parker.

We’d love to see what you have been up to….
