When you can't do things that you normally do like going to school, seeing your friends or going outside to play, you might feel a bit funny. Maybe you're getting frustrated or feel a bit sad. That's normal and lots of adults might feel that way too. The good news is, you can do lots of things to make yourself feel happier and calmer inside. Here are some ideas:
Lay down on your back. Do this somewhere comfy like your bed or the sofa. Put one of your soft toys on your tummy. Breathe in and make your tummy rise. Watch how your toy rises too. Breathe out and watch your toy go down. Breathe in through your nose. Breathe out through your mouth. Do this for as long as you can.
Listen to your favourite song with your headphones in. Close your eyes and just listen. Breathe slowly as you are listening.
Play a really happy and upbeat song. Dance around to it.

Watch and listen to the calming videos on Go Noodle. You have probably seen some of these in class. The 'Bring it down' and 'Weather the storm' videos are very calming!
